All indoor shot and stored 30-06 Springfield brass FEDERAL M1 STAMPS ONLY, tumble cleaned and ready to go. These Federal cases are the M1 garand cousin of our regular Federal 30-06 Springfield material. The main difference, other than there being a manufacture year on the headstamp is that the primer pocket is crimped. Federal loads this crimped M1 brass specifically for their M1 Garand load. We have lots of purist that want to replicate the exact M1 Garand load from Federal, this is the brass that crowd is after. You must be able to swage(remove) the crimped military primer pocket to load this brass. If you are not setup to swage, you should purchase the regular Federal headstamp 30-06 brass as it is not crimped, a link to this material is below. This material is in excellent shape, it was clean to begin with and after passing it through our tumblers it has a nice shine. This brass has been mechanically sorted 3 times and hand sorted 2 times before shipping. As with all of our brass orders we add an additional 2% to the overall weight to ensure you get your money’s worth. Purchase this brass with absolute confidence in quality, accuracy of sort, and cleanliness.
As mentioned above, you must be setup to swage(remove the crimp) on this brass to seat a new primer. If you are not setup to swage or don’t want to deal with it, the link below is to our Federal headstamp commercial(non crimped) 30-06 brass.
