I started reloading in the early 90’s but just started doing 45 Colt when I purchased a Vaquero after COVID. I started with a couple hundred Star Line cases, but recently decided I wanted to have more. I was about to order more Star Line when I happened across this site. I’m particular about sorting head stamps so was happy to find these single head stamp once fired cases. I have a test engineering back ground and normally hate to give 5 star reviews, but shinny, almost new looking cases at a decent price with shipping included didn’t give me any choice. The head stamp only has A, P and 45 Colt. I’ve found a few cases with small black spots, but no dings or scratches. I don’t see any sizing marks so common on my 9mm cases. Interiors and primer pockets are as clean as pictured. If new cases are a 10, these are a 9. The cases came bagged, tightly packed in a USPS Tyvek envelope inside a USPS Priority Mail bubble pack envelope. My order arrived within a week, I’m not typically concerned about shipping time unless it’s noticeably long. I’ve been loading 205 gr round flat nosed bullets with Unique powder. I stick with starting load levels as they are plenty accurate and more than sufficient “kick” for an enjoyable shooting experience. The gray poly coating makes them look authentic though I’m not involved in any cowboy shooting or civil war recreations. My other 45 Colt is a Cimarron 1858 New Model Army 8″ purchased a few months ago. I hope you find some of these ramblings useful, it’s probably needless to say I will be shopping at nereloading in the future.
