380 ACP History:
The .380 ACP, also referred to internationally as the 9mm Kurz or 9mm Browning Short, was introduced in 1908 as part of the growing evolution of compact semi-automatic handguns. Designed by John M. Browning, the cartridge was intended to provide reliable performance in small-frame pistols that were easy to carry and simple to operate. Its debut in early Colt pocket pistols helped establish it as a practical option for personal defense.Throughout the decades, the cartridge became especially popular in lightweight concealed-carry firearms due to its balance of moderate recoil and effective close-range performance. Compared to smaller pocket pistol calibers, the .380 ACP offered improved power while still allowing manufacturers to produce slim and compact handgun designs. This combination contributed to its widespread adoption around the world. In modern times, advances in defensive ammunition have further increased the cartridge’s popularity among concealed-carry users. Improved hollow point bullet technology has enhanced the effectiveness of the .380 ACP, helping it remain a respected choice for personal protection. Today, nearly every major handgun manufacturer offers compact semi-automatic pistols chambered in this caliber, ensuring its continued relevance in the firearms market.

Andy Sidorsky –
Placed the order two days ago and I just got my brass, that was quick. Loading some of these with the 90 grain XTP’s I got two weeks ago and some of the 95 grain FMJ’s too. Brass is clean and in good shape so they’ll load nicely. I only gave 4 stars because I usually get my brass for free from my club when I scour the firing line at 7 am every day. These guys were the next best price after free!!

Fairly fast shipper. Received 500+ very useable casings [including a couple of 9mm, thank you – lol]. Like another reviewer, I typically get my brass for free as well. But, when I can’t, I buy it and this was a good buy!

Ordered 500. There was 2 9mm 1 Makarov and 1 squished case. So 4 not usable. All the others were good. And they weren’t to dirty went right into decapping and are now in my wet tumbler. I like my deprimed brass clean! Over all I’ll buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for. Reasonable price, and fast shipment. All the brass was in good shape. Extra brass is added in case of bent or damaged items, but I was able to use all 500.
