.358 diameter 35 caliber soft point flat nose bullets. These projectiles are a soft point, flat nose profile making them safe for tube fed guns. Customers have reported good results in reduced 35 Whelen loads for punching paper. Others have done especially well in 357 Maximum, 360 Buckhammer, and 35 Remington for both hunting and paper punching. Thompson Center Encore and contender’s have been mentioned in the reports using MGM barrels. Whatever your application, if you are looking for a paper puncher or a hunting projectile, these will work well for you.

Received wrong product but owner, Nick, got it sorted and I had my product within the week – excellent and concerned service
Loaded the 180 grain 35 cal flat noses bullets in a Henry 360 Buckhammer over AA1680 powder
Shot several 3 shot groups with a 6x scope at 100 yards and averaged 0.75″ groups.
I am more than happy and ready to hunt Ohio deer this fall – can’t imagine a deer going too far hit with these.
Will update after performance has been observed in the field

Well, the verdict is in, for me at least, concerning in-the-field performance
Earlier I achieved 0.75″ x 3 shot groups with these 180 grain bullets in my handloads, compared to 1.5″ groups with factory ammo – so far, so good
Now that Ohio’s deer gun season is over here are my first year results
Deer one large doe dropped with zero kick at 113 yards – went in shoulder and broke two ribs – going out broke a far side rib and left 12 gauge hole in far shoulder
Deer two, drop at 65 yard shot with easy blood trail going 45
yards – complete pass through
Deer three was large bodied buck at 25 yards with complete pass-through and jellied lungs followed by three large leaps and instant death
Needless to say, I am very field pleased with the results of the 180 grain flat nose for deer hunting
Can’t see any reason to consider any changes at this point
Give these 180 grain . 358 bullets a try

I found these bullets in my search for 180 grain flat points to work up some heavy bullet loads for my .357 Max and .357 Herrett Contender barrels. I had a question about payment methods so I sent an inquiry via email. Nick responded quickly with an answer to my question. I placed my order on a Monday and had the bullets in my mailbox on Thursday! The bullets were very well packaged and the free shipping was a great bonus. I will certainly look to do business with North East Target and Shooting Supply in the future.
