Polished 30 Carbine range brass, in stock and ready to ship now! After this material passes through our multi layered sorting process it must then be hand sorted for several reasons. Nearly every lot of 30 carbine brass has berdan(2 hole) primed cases and 327 Federal cases mixed in. Before shipping our employees look inside every case by hand with a pen light to ensure you only get reloadable boxer primed cases, no berdan cases in your order. 327 Federal is another problem with 30 Carbine brass, 327 is very similar in diameter and length but is a rimmed cartridge. Our employees will inspect every head stamp by eye/hand to make sure no 327 ends up in your order either.  After this extensive sorting process, the yield of any load of 30 carbine are dramatically reduced, sometimes by as much as 35%!  Until now we always kept 30 Carbine for our gunshow or local customers.  We were able to produce enough to make a product on the website so here it is!

All large primer, tumble cleaned, 100% Nickel plated 45 ACP brass from our Law enforcement contracted ranges. This brass is perfect for those looking to replicate their own self defense or match grade ammo.  This brass is given our typical TLC, a tumble cleaning, mechanically sorted 3 times, and hand sorted twice to ensure excellent accuracy.  As with all brass orders leaving our shop we add an additional 2% to the order so you get your money's worth.  Purchase this brass with absolute confidence in quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of sort.

We have not had enough time to produce much of this material as it is so labor intense to remove the small primer from the large.  When we first started in 2010, small primer brass accounted for an average of under 5% of the total load.  Currently, nickel plated brass has a 50/50 ratio of small to large primer pocket material.  The time it takes to sort this material properly, the way our customers have come to expect, has increased tremendously from when we first starting selling this brass.  Though our labor cost has increased dramatically on this product, we will not cut corners and put out a sub par product, that is our commitment to our loyal customer base.

All indoor shot and stored small primer 45 ACP fully sorted to remove large primer pocket and yellow brass.  It is mechanically sorted 3 times then sorted by hand twice to remove any damaged brass or foreign calibers. Once it is brought to all 45 ACP it is then sorted by hand again to remove any large primer pocket brass. As always we are tumbling this brass and adding an additional 2% to the overall weight of the order to ensure you get your money's worth.
